Membership

Annual membership to Hillsborough & Rivelin Running Club runs from 1^st April to 31^st March every year. The cost of annual membership is £39 and this includes your £19 England Athletics registration which enables you to race for HRRC and be involved in local and national championship races.

Runners can join as second claim members and enjoy our group sessions and training runs for £20. Again, this membership runs April to April. “Second claim members can join by completing this form here and making payment via this Stripe Link: here.

Runners that join after 1st October can pay a reduced rate of £29 for first claim and £10 second claim.

New Runners joining from February, pay the full price, but have 14 months membership. So, anyone joining on the 1^st February 2024 will have EA and HRRC membership until 31^st March 2025.

We also offer discounts to those on income support, students or the over 65’s. Please contact the Membership Secretary at hrrcmembers@gmail.co.uk for details.

Are you currently a member of another running club?

If you are currently a first claim member with another club you will need to notify the membership secretary of your wish to resign first claim. You will need to do this even if your current membership lapses as they will still hold your EA registration. Once you have resigned from your current club you will need to transfer your membership with EA. You can do this via the link below:

Change of first claim club

The cost of transfer is £10 and is required even if your former club membership is lapsed.

Once you have completed the process please notify our membership secretary at hrrcmembers@gmail.com and we can ensure that the transfer loop is closed.
