Club Training

HRRC are committed to delivering good quality training sessions aimed at helping runners improve. We will adapt these sessions over time to ensure that all runners experience a variety of training styles and a variety of terrain. Obviously some of this is seasonal but we will update our sessions on our Facebook page for members and in here. Our Peak Performance groups also arrange many training sessions as part of working towards a goal race and a target time. These are arranged within the various WhatsApp groups that are grouped on ability. There are also regular trail and fell runs that are organised each week through our HRRC Clubhouse Facebook page. There is a regular Wednesday night trail run at 1845 in the Rivelin area organised by Heather Wallis and a Monday night fell run organised by John Rawlinson. These sessions do not run every week and runners should check the Facebook page for weekly details on times and meeting points.
